During your time with us in Costa Rica, you will fall gently into the flow of the class, not having to slow down for newcomers from day to day. You will get to know our instructors' next moves before they make them and our instructors will get to know your strengths and weaknesses so that together, you can take your practice to the next level. We often have other yoga instructors take our programs and leave proclaiming that it was the best yoga class they've ever taken.
Our classes are Hatha Vinyasa, are held in a studio surrounded by nature, and are within earshot of the jungle sounds of singing birds and howling monkeys. We are open for all levels, teach in English, and space is limited to 15 people in order to keep classes intimate.
We have mats and props available for use and all levels of proficiency are welcome. But wherever you are in your practice, our resident instructors will guide you mentally and physically to reach an inner peace you'd be lucky to find anywhere else.
One of the many ways our yoga program stands out from the crowd is that we weave all sorts of adventures into your days. When you're not enjoying the quiet from our beautiful yoga deck, any given day we might take you on one of four different waterfall hikes, swimming in one of many tide pools, on a guided hike through the Cabo Blanco National Park, and much, MUCH more.
As part of your program fee we also provide you with a professional chef who will cook 19 meals for you over the course of your week with us. Don't worry about where to eat, what's good, etc. Just sit back and let us deliver home-cooked, delicious and nutritious meals to you three times a day (Sunday-Friday and Saturday morning).
